To book a delivery, enter your pickup and drop-off locations in the booking widget on our homepage. Select your preferred vehicle type and click "Get Quote". Once you're satisfied with the estimate, confirm the booking and complete the secure payment. A driver will be assigned to your mission immediately.

You can track your order in real-time through your Customer Dashboard under the "My Orders" section. Additionally, a tracking link is sent to your registered email address as soon as the driver starts the journey. This allows you to monitor the driver's live GPS location on the map.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. Business clients with high-volume accounts can also apply for monthly invoicing and credit terms by contacting our business support team.

Deliveries can be cancelled directly from your dashboard before a driver arrives at the pickup location. Please be aware that a cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already reached the pickup point or is significantly far into the mission.

To join our elite driver network, click on "Sign up as Driver" on the homepage. You will need to provide your driving license, vehicle insurance (Goods in Transit), and a valid DBS certificate. Our compliance team will review your application and documents within 48 hours.
